A female boss. A female subordinate of many years. Probably a good 15 years.

A strong female authoritative character. A seemingly meek female subordinate. "Subordinated" for good long years.

A mother. So distant and aloof or perhaps much dislike. A rejected and dejected daughter. Longing for the approval of the authoritative character yet angry at the same time.

Angry that their voice is unheard. Upset that their "obedience" "submission" did not gain the desired approval.

Stucked.
